BOPP Metallized Film from AEC GROUP at 18 micron gauge, a metallized polypropylene film supplied by this Hefei-based manufacturer and exporter of flexible packaging films and tapes. AEC's 18 mic metallized BOPP combines the clarity and processability of plain BOPP with a vacuum-deposited aluminium layer that delivers high surface reflectivity, excellent light barrier and a metallic decorative finish. Widely used for vacuum-formed trays, snack and confectionery overwraps, lamination outer layers, decorative packaging and barrier pouches where a bright metallic look is required alongside moisture resistance. Manufactured on a clean-room metalizing line, the film is supplied slit-reeled to standard or OEM widths with controlled reflectivity (typically 80-90% haze), good heat-seal integrity when paired with a coated sealing layer and stable unwind performance at high-speed packaging and thermoforming lines. AEC GROUP is the producer and exporter; films are packed on 3"/6" paper cores on export pallets with stretch-wrap and delivered in 15-25 days after order confirmation. Typical terms: USD 2.00/kg FOB or Negotiable, MOQ 1000 kg, supply capacity 500 tons/month, payment T/T, loading at Shanghai or Ningbo ports.
