BOPET Polyester Film 12 Micron for Self-Adhesive Label Stock
BOPET (biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate) polyester film 12 micron is a high-strength, dimensionally stable backing engineered for self-adhesive label stock and pressure-sensitive tape substrates. The film combines excellent tensile stiffness with tight thickness control and a smooth, consistent surface, so it accepts primer and acrylic emulsion coatings without voids and releases cleanly under rotary-slit and die-cut converters. Typical specs: thickness 12 µm, width up to 1500 mm, MD/TD tensile 200–240 MPa / 150–190 MPa, elongation at break 15–20 %, moisture absorption <0.4 %, water vapor transmission <20 g/m²·day, and a flat, low-curl unwind for high-speed labeling presses. Common uses include permanent and removable self-adhesive labels for FMCG, beverage and pharma bottles, logistics and asset tags, RFID and NFC inlay carriers, thermal-transfer ribbon base, electrical-insulation tape, and masking tape for automotive refinishing. Supplied wound on 3 inch and 6 inch paper cores, film-wrapped and stacked on wooden pallets for overseas export. Terms: USD 2.00/kg FOB, MOQ 1000 kg, supply 500 t/month, lead time 15–25 days, payment by T/T. Origin China.
