AEC GROUP makes a 38-micron clear BOPP film on a 1420 mm web as the window material for document and shipping envelopes where a crisp, un-yellowing view panel and reliable heat-seal adhesion are required. The 38-micron gauge is thin enough to lie flat under the paper overlay yet strong enough to resist tears when envelopes are fed, opened and handled on the mail stream, while the high-clarity surface keeps addresses and stamps legible through the patch. Typical uses: clear windows on C4, A4 and legal-size document envelopes, catalog and invoice mailers, real-estate and bank statement sleeves, and security envelopes with tamper-break windows. Rolls on 3 inch or 6 inch paper cores, wrapped and on wooden pallets. Terms: FOB USD 2.00 per kilogram, MOQ 1000 kg, T/T, 15 to 25 days delivery, roughly 500 metric tons per month.
