BOPET Metallized Laminating Film 16 Micron for Pharmaceutical Blister Backing and Tea Bag Sealing

This BOPET metallized laminating film is produced by AEC GROUP at 16 microns on a precision-controlled vacuum-coated polyester line and is aimed at pharma blister converters, tea-bag packers and dry-snack laminators. The aluminized face gives a bright, low-oxygen and low-moisture barrier that keeps products fresh while the uncoated reverse takes hot-melt, solvent and water-based adhesives evenly for clean delamination. Heat sealing is uniform at standard pouch-sealer temperatures, pinholes are rare and the substrate runs flat on I-bar and impulse sealers. It laminates to aluminum foil, aluminium, PVDC, paper, kraft and other BOPET to produce rigid peel blisters, retort-ready tea and coffee sachets, gummy-bear flow wraps and stand-up snack pouches. Wound onto 3 inch or 6 inch paper cores, shrink-wrapped and strapped on wooden pallets for export.
