CPP Cast Film 35 Micron for Instant Noodle Cup Lidding

CPP (Cast Polypropylene) film 35 micron is a heat-sealable transparent overwrap engineered for instant-noodle cup lidding and other heat-application seals. Extruded on a chill roll, the film delivers excellent gloss, clarity, and a smooth surface that takes ink and printing plates cleanly, so cup lids print with sharp graphics and consistent register. It seals reliably to the paper-board/PE-coated cup rim under impulse and impulse-induction heat, giving a strong hermetic bond that withstands hot-fill steam and retort conditions without delamination. Key specs: thickness 35 µm, width up to 1600 mm, MD/TD tensile 20–30 MPa / 18–25 MPa, sealing initiation 125–135 °C, haze <3 %, gloss >85 %, oxygen transmission <150 cm³/m²·day. Typical applications include instant noodle and cup-soup lids, retort pouch seal layers, coffee-cup and yogurt-lid overwraps, thermoforming blanks, and heat-seal laminates. Delivered wound on 3 inch and 6 inch paper cores, shrink-wrapped and stacked on wooden pallets for export.
