PVC Shrink Film 100 mic for beverage six-pack and twelve-pack bundling. Supplied by Anhui Eastern Communication Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (AEC GROUP), Hefei, China. This 100-mic PVC shrink film is the heavier-gauge sleeve grade for multi-pack bundling of glass and aluminum beverage bottles where puncture resistance and high shrink force are needed. At 100 mic the film holds its integrity against sharp bottle crown caps and glass edges, resists web breaks in high-speed L- and H-tunnels, and delivers the tight, tamper-evident hold that beverage packers require for transport and retail handling. PVC gives the deepest shrink ratio in the industry, so a loose sleeve wraps aggressively around bottle contours and multi-pack configurations (4-pack, 6-pack, 12-pack, 18-pack) to form a neat, tight pack band. The film recovers high gloss after shrink, and its clarity and low haze keep brand labels and pack bands highly visible on the shelf. Typical widths and roll lengths are produced for the customer's bundler and shrink tunnel; standard six-pack sleeves and the longer, wider formats for twelve and eighteen packs are routinely produced. Printed, embossed, and logo sleeves are processed through the same line and run cleanly in the tunnel.
