BOPET Polyester Film 14 Micron Width 1590 mm for Lamination
14-micron BOPET (biaxially-oriented polyester) film, 1590 mm width, for lamination processes in flexible packaging, labels, decoration and industrial laminates. The polyester substrate combines high tensile strength, dimensional stability and heat resistance, so it holds up to the heat, pressure and adhesive stresses of co-extrusion, solvent, solventless and heat-activated lamination without warping, shrinking or edge-splitting. The ultra-thin 14-micron gauge adds structure and puncture resistance to multi-ply structures while keeping overall film weight and material cost low, which is ideal for high-speed lamination converters running long web lengths. The smooth, uniform surface supports strong adhesion with a broad range of lamination adhesives and offers excellent print reception for rotogravure, flexo and digital print. Applications include metalized-BOPP/PET lamination for snack, confectionery and tea-leaf overwrap; paper-to-film and film-to-film lamination for gift boxes, corrugated board surface and cosmetic packaging; decorative and wallpaper lamination; label facestock for shrink-sleeve, pressure-sensitive and thread-seal labels; book cover, postcard and promotional-item lamination; and industrial lamination of electrical insulating paper, gasket stock, adhesive tapes, name plates, protective films and decorative laminates. Packing: rolls on 3-inch and 6-inch paper cores, wrapped and banded, shipped on wooden pallets for export. Terms: price quoted FOB at USD 2.00 per kilogram; minimum order quantity 1000 kg; monthly supply capacity up to 500 metric tons; delivery 15-25 days after order confirmation; payment by T/T.
