AEC GROUP offers 18-micron BOPET high-tensile polyester film designed as a clear overlay and carrier layer for flexible printed circuits, FPC covers and electronic device lamination. The biaxially oriented PET web delivers exceptional dimensional stability, high tear resistance and a low coefficient of friction, so it tracks smoothly over slitting, die-cutting and lamination rollers without scratching conductive traces. Uniform thickness and tight tolerance across the width support high-frequency flexing in wearable electronics, flexible displays and LED strip housings, while the smooth corona-ready surface holds ink and adhesive for screen printing and die-cut sticker applications. Widths from 300 mm to 1500 mm; supplied on 3" and 6" paper cores, wrapped and palletized. Typical applications: FPC cover film, flexible circuit overlay, electronics lamination, LED module protection, adhesive tape backing.
