Pearlized BOPP Film 36 Micron Width 1660 mm for Ice Cream Bars

AEC GROUP produces a 36-micron pearlized BOPP film on a wide 1660 mm web, developed for ice cream bar wrappers that need bright white opacity and a soft pearl surface to make graphics stand out. The metallized-barrier pearl effect delivers high light scatter and low show-through so printed artwork pops, while the 36-micron gauge gives the stiffness and heat-seal strength that ice cream wrapper cartons and high-speed flow-packers require. Typical applications: primary and secondary wrapping for ice cream bars and novelties, dairy wafer and chocolate bar overwrap, and frozen-dessert retail cartons that are heat-shrunk or sleeve-packed. The broad 1660 mm width matches many rotary printing plates and reducing converters. Packing: supplied on 3 inch or 6 inch paper cores, wrapped and stacked on wooden pallets.
