CPP cast polypropylene film, 20 micron gauge, a general-purpose and retort-grade sealant layer for flexible packaging laminates. CPP is the inner heat-seal layer in co-extruded and extrusion-laminated structures for retort pouches, frozen and cooked meals, ready-to-eat rice and noodle pouches, baby food, sauces, pickles, liquid-filled pouches, and standard flow-pack snack and confectionery laminates where good seal integrity at standard heat-seal temperatures, clarity and chemical resistance are required. The 20 micron gauge offers a cost-effective sealant with good puncture resistance, low moisture permeability and reliable high-speed heat-seal performance on VFFS, HFFS and impulse sealers.
