Metallized biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film, 23-micron gauge on a 1050 mm web, supplied for laminated-pouch structures where a lightweight, high-barrier sealing and outer layer is needed. The vacuum-deposited aluminum coating on the BOPP base gives the laminate a bright silver surface, strong light-blocking performance, and added resistance to oxygen and aroma transmission, helping extend the shelf life of food, pet-food, pharmaceutical, and household-product pouches that are heat-sealed and printed in multi-layer construction. At 23 microns, the metallized film keeps the structure thin and flexible, laminates smoothly to PE, PA, and other tie-compatible sealant layers, and seals without hot-melt or metallization delamination so the pouch stands up to filling, capping, and shipping. Supplied on 3-inch and 6-inch paper cores, wrapped and loaded on wooden pallets for stable yard and warehouse handling. Unit of sale is kilogram.
