BOPP Clear Film 29 Micron, Width 1190 mm, for Stationery Packaging

AEC GROUP supplies clear BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film at 29 micron gauge on a 1190 mm width web for flow-wrap and shrink packaging of stationery, office-supply and school-stationery sets including pen and pencil sets, notebook bundles, ruler and eraser gift packs, art-kits, sticker sets and gift wrap accessories. The 29-micron clear web is a heavier, more puncture-resistant BOPP film than the 20–23 micron grades used for soft products, and it stands up to the sharp corners of pens, scissors, metal-rimmed rulers and hard-cover notebooks without galling, micro-perforating or tearing during high-speed flow-wrapping and during handling in retail and wholesale. The 1190 mm parent width suits mid-lane flow-wrap and heat-tunnel lines, and the film gives a tight, glass-clear wrap with high gloss that keeps multi-piece stationery sets visually presented and tamper-indicated from factory to shelf. Corona-treated surfaces give reliable ink holdout for brand, warning and promotional printing, and the web runs dry with good anti-blocking at high indexing speeds. Wound on 3-inch or 6-inch paper cores, wrapped and packed on wooden pallets. FOB USD 2.00 per kg; MOQ 1000 kg; monthly supply 500 tons; delivery 15–25 days by T/T.
