POF Shrink Film 12 Micron Width 1860 mm for Bottle Multipacks

AEC GROUP produces POF (polyolefin) shrink film at 12 micron gauge on a 1860 mm width web for shrink bundling of PET and glass bottle multipacks in the beverage, water, juice, soft-drink and liquor industries. The 12-micron POF shrink sleeve is a thin, high-shrink, low-friction film designed to deliver a hard, uniform wrap across 4/6/8/12/24-pack bottle carriers at high line speeds in heat-tunnel and IML shrink systems. Its high shrink force locks the bottles tightly together to resist racking, palletising and transit vibration, while the glass-clear transmission and high gloss keep label graphics and brand artwork sharp and undistorted from filler to shelf. The 1860 mm parent width is matched to wide-lane IML and shrink-bundling lines that wrap multi-lane bottle carriers in a single pass, and the thin 12-micron gauge keeps material cost and oven energy down without the tear and gape of very thin films. Compatible with linear, L-seal and edge-seal shrink formats; corona treatment and anti-blocking grades are available for labelling or direct-ink finishes. Wound on 3-inch or 6-inch paper cores, wrapped and packed on wooden pallets. FOB USD 2.00 per kg; MOQ 1000 kg; monthly supply 500 tons; delivery 15–25 days by T/T.
