BOPP metallized film, 18 micrometer, is a vacuum-metallized biaxially-oriented polypropylene web produced by Anhui Eastern Communication Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (AEC GROUP), Hefei, China. The 18-mic metallized BOPP combines a bright, mirror-like metallic appearance with the light weight, moisture barrier and processability of oriented PP, making it the go-to decorative and barrier layer for gift packaging, holiday cellophane alternatives, cosmetic pouches, dry-snack bags and promotional wrappers. Aluminum-deposited reflectivity of 85–92% is typical, with stable anti-fog and heat-seal options. Standard widths from 450 mm to 1600 mm, supplied on 3" or 6" paper cores, palletized. Pricing and terms: USD 2.00/kg FOB mainland China ports; MOQ 1,000 kg; monthly capacity up to 500 metric tons; lead time 15–25 days from order confirmation; payment by T/T; packing on 3"/6" paper cores, palletized.
