PVDC Coated Film 30 mic for cheese and deli cold-cut packaging. Supplied by Anhui Eastern Communication Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (AEC GROUP), Hefei, China. This 30-mic PVDC-coated film is a high-barrier overwrap for cheese wheels, wedges, blocks, and deli meats where the barrier to oxygen, moisture vapor, and aroma is the primary requirement. PVDC delivers a very low oxygen transmission rate (OTR) even at thin gauge, so the coated 30-mic structure protects against oxidation, drying, and flavor loss in refrigerated display and storage while remaining flexible and easy to handle. The PVDC coating is applied to a BOPP substrate that provides stiffness, printability, and heat-seal integrity. Typical coatings are balanced for good gloss and clear appearance, so the cheese color and the retailer label are visible at the counter. The film is suitable for VFFS, HFFS, and flow-wrap formats and is heat-sealed to itself or to compatible inner sealants, with reliable seal strength across a range of seal-jaw temperatures. Widths and roll lengths are produced to the customer's wrapping machine; common sizes cover sliced cheese packaging, brick and block cheese, and deli tray overwrap. Anti-fog and anti-blocking masterbatches are available for refrigerated and chilled display applications. Terms: USD 2.00/kg FOB, MOQ 1000 kg, monthly supply up to 500 tons, lead time 15-25 days, payment by T/T. Supply on 3" and 6" paper cores on pallets.
