BOPP Film for Flexible Food Packaging

BOPP film for flexible food packaging, supplied in thickness 15 to 40 micron and width 300 to 2000 mm, slit to order. The film offers high clarity, gloss of 85 to 92 percent and haze of 1.0 to 2.5 percent, with corona treated surface at 38 to 40 mN per metre for strong ink and adhesive anchorage. Typical applications include snack and biscuit wrappers, bakery bags, noodle packaging, confectionery flow wrap and lamination with BOPET or CPP sealant layers. Tensile strength is MD 120 to 150 and TD 220 to 260 N per square millimetre. Food contact compliant, REACH and RoHS conform. Rolls on 76 mm paper cores, packed in five ply export cartons, 18 to 22 metric tons per 40 foot container. Minimum order 500 kilograms. Lead time 15 to 25 days. Customised width, core size and treatment level available on request.
