AEC GROUP extrudes this BOPP glossy printing film at 22 microns, supplied as a 1500 mm wide roll off the tenter line for snack and dairy flexible-pack converters. The balanced orientation delivers a smooth, high-shine face that holds ink keys steady on rotogravure and flexo units, with excellent scorch resistance and low moisture vapor transmission. The substrate registers true, trims cleanly and converts into stand-up, pillow and three-side seal pouches without pinholing. Typical applications include chips and nuts bags, coffee and tea foil-combo laminates, milk powder and cereal overwraps, ice-cream bar wrappers, as well as printed shrink sleeves for dairy bottles. Packing on 3 inch or 6 inch paper cores, shrink-wrapped and banded on wooden pallets for export.
