PVDC-coated BOPP film from AEC GROUP, 26 micron on a 1180 mm master roll, built for high-barrier snack packaging that must hold back oxygen, grease and aroma. The PVDC (polyvinylidene chloride) tie coat delivers low O₂ and WVTR transmission while the BOPP substrate keeps the web light, stiff and fast to process. Balance of heat-seal strength, puncture tear and printability means graphics stay sharp under flexo and gravure. Web suits form-fill-seal, VFFS and horizontal pillow-flow lines with stable tension and low gusset set-off. Applications: chips, nuts, cookies and extruded-snack flow packs, retort-adjacent snack bags and multi-head portion packs. Packing: rolls on 3-inch and 6-inch paper cores, shrink-wrapped and stacked on wooden pallets.
