PVDC-coated BOPP film 40 mic × 650 mm from Anhui Eastern Communication Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (AEC GROUP), Hefei, China — a high-barrier coated film for pharmaceutical blister lidding and pharma-unit-dose packaging. A continuous polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) layer on biaxially-oriented PP substrate delivers an oxygen transmission rate below 3 cm³/m²·day and a water-vapour transmission rate below 1 g/m²·day, locking in the potency of tablets, capsules and sensitive unit-dose strips over extended shelf life. Excellent heat-seal performance to aluminium and to PVC/PVDC blister base webs prevents cross-contamination, with clean, crack-free percussion and strong peel on standard blister-sealing machines. Good clarity and smooth surface accept gravure and offset overprinting for batch codes, expiry dates and anti-counterfeiting marks. Supplied on 3" or 6" paper cores, packed on export pallets.
