PVDC coated BOPP film 20 mic by Anhui Eastern Communication Imp.& Exp. Co., Ltd. (AEC GROUP), Hefei, China. A 20-mic biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film coated with polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) for superior oxygen and aroma barrier in confectionery and snack-packaging lamination. The PVDC barrier layer keeps OTR low so chocolate, biscuits, candies and dry snacks retain flavor and crunch through extended shelf life, while the BOPP base provides heat-seal integrity, machine runnability and a smooth printed surface for high-speed gravure and flexo lines. Typical gauge range 18-25 mic with matte or glossy corona finish options; compatible with co-extrusion, casting or extrusion lamination to paper, foil, PET or CPP tie layers for rigid and flexible structures. Available as a 20 mic single-face or double-face PVDC-coated structure on 760 mm / 1500 mm rolls with 3" or 6" paper cores. Used in multi-layer lamination, overwrapping, flow-wrap and vertical-form-fill-seal (VFFS) applications where oxygen and aroma retention matter. Quality controlled for haze, seal initiation temperature, tensile and puncture to meet food-contact and printing requirements in China, Europe and North America.
