BOPP Anti-fog Film 20 Micron Width 1120 mm for Fresh Produce Trays

AEC GROUP makes a 20-micron BOPP anti-fog film on an 1120 mm web for the lidding of fresh-produce trays that would otherwise fog up in coolers and refrigerated display cabinets. A surfactant-modified outer skin pulls condensate into a continuous water film so the salad, fruit, herb and deli tray contents stay visible and attractive on supermarket shelves, extending the perceived freshness and reducing waste returns. The 20-micron gauge keeps material use low while still meeting the heat-seal and puncture resistance required by automatic tray-lidding machines. Main applications: modified-atmosphere packaging for ready salads and fruit cuts, deli and meat-tray lidding, bakery and pudding cups, and chilled-meal lidding. Supplied on 3 inch or 6 inch paper cores, wrapped and on wooden pallets. Terms: FOB USD 2.00 per kilogram, MOQ 1000 kg, T/T, 15 to 25 days lead time, roughly 500 metric tons per month.
