BOPP Plain Transparent Film 20 mic for Bakery Overwrap

EZBridge supplier

BOPP Plain Transparent Film 20 mic for bakery overwrap on bread, rolls, and buns. Supplied by Anhui Eastern Communication Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (AEC GROUP), Hefei, China. This 20-mic plain transparent BOPP film is the standard high-speed bakery overwrap grade used on continuous horizontal wrapping machines for bread loaves, rolls, buns, and small baked goods where a clear, lightweight, easy-to-open overwrap is required. At 20 mic the web runs at line speeds above 200 metres per minute with low tension and minimal static, giving high productivity and low breakage on long bakery runs. The film is supplied as a flat, unprinted plain BOPP with high clarity and gloss so the product and the bakery label are clearly visible. The surface can be treated for good moisture vapour resistance while still allowing the loaf to breathe, helping to control staling and surface drying during retail shelf life. Typical sealant grades provide a low-temperature impulse seal with good open-mouth and hang tear performance, and a notched or embossed easy-open feature is processed into the web to suit the retailer. Widths, lengths, and sealant coatings are produced to the customer's wrapping machine, from single-bun overwrap to the wider bands used on multi-roll packs. Anti-fog masterbatch and a low anti-blocking finish are routinely available for the bakery application. Terms: USD 2.00/kg FOB, MOQ 1000 kg, monthly supply up to 500 tons, lead time 15-25 days, payment by T/T. Supply on 3" and 6" paper cores on pallets. AEC GROUP in Hefei holds ISO 9001 quality management for consistent film supply.
