High-performance BOPET polyester film for electrical insulation and winding applications. Extruded from premium polyethylene terephthalate at 19 micron thickness with a standard 890 mm width, this biaxially oriented PET film offers outstanding electrical dielectric strength, low capacitance, and excellent thermal stability, making it suitable for slot insulation, varnish and enamel coatings, and winding tape in motors and transformers. The material resists partial discharge, retains mechanical strength at elevated temperatures, and provides a smooth, dimensionally stable base that can be slit, punched, or printed to customer specifications. Applications: electrical insulation, motor and transformer winding, capacitors, lead-frame insulation, slot liners, and varnished cloth base.
