BOPET Pearlized 12 Micron Surface-Textured Film for Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Blister Lidding

EZBridge supplier

AEC GROUP produces 12-micron BOPET pearlized surface-textured film as a scuff-resistant, low-glare lidding and decoration layer for pharmaceutical and medical-device aluminium and PVC blister packs, as well as for high-end eyewear, cosmetics and electronics retail cartons where a soft satin look is required. The controlled micro-pearl embossment diffuses surface reflection so printed panel information, batch codes, barcode and expiry markings read clearly under retail and pharmacy shelving lights without mirror glare, while the textured skin reduces fingerprint and transit-scuff marks that mar the clean image of drug and OTC blister strips and medical accessory trays. The thin 12-micron BOPET web keeps overall laminate weight and cost low yet retains the tensile strength, heat resistance and dimensional stability PET brings to paper-backing, gluing and cold-forming processes, and the film runs cleanly on gravure, offset and digital press as well as on blister-lidding and lamination lines without static cling or sheet-tearing. Widths from 500 mm to 1800 mm; supplied on 3" and 6" paper cores, shrink-wrapped and exported on wooden pallets. Typical applications: pharmaceutical and medical blister lidding/decoration, aluminium and PVC blister strip pearl overlay, eye-glass and cosmetics retail carton decoration, medical accessory tray overlaminate. Price: USD 2.00/kg FOB; MOQ 1000 kg; supply capacity 500 tons/month; delivery 15–25 days; payment T/T; packing on 3"/6" paper cores, wrapped and on wooden pallets.
