Our 40 micron BOPP Yogurt Lid Lidding Film is a matte-finish, high-heat-seal lidding material for cup-type yoghurt, dessert, pudding, drinkable-yoghurt and baby-food cup containers, where a reliable induction- and heat-seal bond to PP cup rims is combined with a clean, easy peel-off opening at the consumer's table. The 40 micron gauge provides the puncture resistance and tear strength needed at the high rates of modern cup-lidding machines while still giving a thin, low-profile seal that sits flush with the cup rim and avoids lip-stick and pull-up on tear. The matte outer surface delivers the soft, premium look preferred by dairy and beverage brands on the shelf and gives a good lay for gravure and flexo print of brand graphics, nutrition panels, QR codes and best-before dates without glare and with consistent dot reproduction on the low-sheen film face. On the seal side, the high-heat-seal (HSS) polyolefin layer bonds strongly to PP, HIPS and PETG cup rims, providing a hermetic seal against moisture, odour and surface contamination that protects cultured yoghurts, fruit desserts and dairy drinks through cold-chain distribution and retail display.
