Anti-Fog CPP Cast Film 35 Micron for Fresh Produce and Salad Container Clarity Lidding

AEC GROUP manufactures 35-micron anti-fog CPP cast film as a clear, moisture-resistant lidding and overwrap that stops internal condensation on refrigerated fresh-produce, salad, cut-fruit and deli meat PET and PS containers, keeping the food visible and saleable through the cold chain from factory line to supermarket shelf and ready-meal takeaway. The built-in anti-fog additive migrates to the film surface during extrusion so that water vapour released by leafy salads, herbs, sliced vegetables, marinated chicken or cooked rice spreads into a continuous thin layer of moisture that does not scatter light, so the consumer sees the product colour, portion size and freshness through the lid instead of behind a milky veil of droplets that hides blemishes and accelerates returns, shrinkage and out-of-stock claims. The 35-micron CPP gauge provides a tight, easy-open peel and a reliable heat-seal on impulse and ultrasonic sealers across typical tray depths and rim geometries, while the cast-PP structure gives low-mist clarity, soft touch and good conformability on shaped punnets and dome lids without pinholing, gusset-cracking or seal-nip sticking that plague stiffer oriented films on refrigerated formats. Widths 500 mm to 1800 mm; supplied on 3" and 6" paper cores, shrink-wrapped and exported on wooden pallets.
