BOPET Polyester Film 87 Micron Width 1290 mm for Printing Base

BOPET (biaxially-oriented polyethylene terephthalate) polyester film, 87-micron gauge on a 1290 mm web - a heavier-duty printing-base grade chosen where a stiffer, higher-barrier substrate is needed for wide-format and industrial label printing, decorative lamination, calendar films and specialty packaging that must survive demanding processing. The thicker 87-micron polyester backbone delivers greater dimensional stability and flatness than lighter gauges, so fine halftones, registration marks and process colours print sharply and the web tracks steadily through gravure, rotogravure, flexo and offset systems without stretch or edge-warp. The PET chemistry gives strong resistance to heat, moisture and common solvents, and the film holds up through overlamination, die-cutting, coating and varnishing without bloom or shrink. The 1290 mm width accommodates standard and narrow-width press formats and master-roll converters. Wound on 3-inch or 6-inch paper cores, shrink-wrapped and packed on wooden pallets.
