This 20-mic POF (polyolefin) shrink film is a thin, clear sleeve grade for shrink-wrapping cosmetic bottles, perfume jars, and small personal-care containers where a tight, low-temperature fit is required. POF shrinks with low force and low heat compared with PVC, giving a smooth, wrinkle-free finish on rounded and shaped bottles while the web recovers its clarity as it cools. The film is produced as a twin-wall structure with good burst and puncture resistance at just 20 mic, so the thin gauge protects the product in transit and retail handling without adding visible bulk. High gloss and low haze keep the label graphics and bottle color visible, a priority in the cosmetics and fragrance sectors. Standard widths match common bottle diameters from small lip balm tubes up to 500 ml perfume flacons; custom slit widths and roll lengths are supplied to the customer's tunnel. The film runs on L-shrink and H-shrink tunnels alike with a short shrink window and low smoke output.
