AEC GROUP supplies 40-micron CPP cast polypropylene film as a high-clarity heat-seal layer for stand-up flexible pouches and ready-to-eat meal lidding. The non-oriented cast web combines excellent optical clarity with a reliably low heat-seal initiation temperature, so it bonds cleanly to BOPP, PET, foil and paper outer layers on impulse, continuous and ultrasonic sealers without scorch or seal-split at high pack speeds. Good moisture and oxygen resistance keeps snacks, frozen meals, rice pouches, dried vegetables and sauce cups protected through retail shelf life, while the smooth printable surface holds ink for rotogravure and flexo decoration of branding, nutritional panels and QR track-and-trace codes. Widths from 500 mm to 1800 mm to order; supplied on 3" and 6" paper cores, shrink-wrapped and palletized for export. Typical applications: stand-up pouch heat-seal layer, ready-meal and TVD tray lidding, frozen vegetable and sauce cup sealant, snack and rice pouch inner layer.
