BOPP Thermal Lamination Film from AEC GROUP at 25 micron gauge, an EVA-coated thermal-laminating polypropylene film supplied by this Hefei-based manufacturer and exporter of flexible packaging films and tapes. AEC's 25 mic thermal-lamination BOPP carries a controlled EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) heat-activation coating on one surface of a biaxially oriented BOPP web, so it bonds to paper, board, labels, non-woven and compatible films at standard thermo-lamination temperatures (typically 110-150 °C ironing-bar range) with good wet-pick strength, uniform bond and minimal edge-gumming. The 25 mic gauge delivers the bond strength, heat-softening window and machine stability required by book-cover, magazine, poster, label, gift-wrap, decorative board and furniture-lamination lines where a clear, protective, moisture-resistant laminate and smooth release are required without haze or yellowing. Manufactured and exported by AEC GROUP; films are slit-reeled to standard or OEM widths, supplied on 3"/6" paper cores on export pallets with stretch-wrap and delivered in 15-25 days after order confirmation. Typical terms: USD 2.00/kg FOB or Negotiable, MOQ 1000 kg, supply capacity 500 tons/month, payment T/T, loading at Shanghai or Ningbo ports.
