Metallized CPP Film from AEC GROUP, a Hefei-based manufacturer and exporter of flexible packaging films and tapes. Supplied in 20 to 30 micron gauges with vacuum-deposited aluminium metallization on cast polypropylene, this film delivers an excellent moisture and oxygen barrier together with outstanding optical properties, soft hand-feel and high gloss, making it the preferred choice for tea and coffee bags, confectionery, bakery, dry snacks, spices, pharma blister backing and decorative laminates. Metallized CPP offers high heat-seal strength, good pinhole resistance, excellent runnability on vertical form-fill-seal machines and a low-temperature heat-seal bond that avoids damage to heat-sensitive contents. Printable surface treatment (50-60 dyne) and matte or high-gloss metallized finishes available; anti-static and anti-pinning masterbatch on request. AEC GROUP exports to 80+ countries with stable quality, OEM custom widths/lengths and fast delivery. Packing: wound on 3" or 6" paper cores and packed on export pallets, 10-20 rolls per pallet; master cartons or shrink-wrapped pallets available.
