BOPP Rice Bag Lamination Film 38 Micron High-Tensile for Grain Packaging
Our 38 micron BOPP Rice Bag Lamination Film is a high-tensile, high-gloss BOPP lamination film for the inner layer of rice, grain, flour, sugar, salt and other dry-commodity woven-sack and PP/PE-bag laminates, where the lamination film must give the bag high puncture and tear strength, a moisture barrier and a clean food-contact surface while keeping bag weight and cost down. The 38 micron gauge is selected as the workhorse thickness for rice-bag lamination: it provides the puncture resistance needed when filled bags are dropped, dragged and stacked in multi-ton silo and pallet configurations, yet remains thin enough that the finished laminated sack meets the per-kilo weight targets set by millers and retailers. On the lamination side the film is surface-treated for strong adhesion to the common rice-bag adhesives and coatings, giving a tight bond to PP woven fabric, BOPP printed outer layers and PE inner sealants with no delamination at the seams, gussets and heat-seal edges after filling, transport and tropical-climate storage. The outer glossy face offers excellent ink receptivity for gravure and rotogravure printing of brand, origin, weight, grade and certification marks, and it provides the bright, reflective surface that premium rice and grain brands use for shelf presence.
