Heat-Sealable BOPP Film 24 Micron for Tea Bag Overwrap

AEC GROUP supplies a 24-micron heat-sealable BOPP film engineered for tea bag overwrap and gusseted pouch sealing. The 24 µm gauge balances sealing strength with economical material use, and the one-side heat-sealable surface locks cleanly against itself or a paper/foil laminate at standard impulse or ultrasonic seal bars. Film runs smooth on high-speed tea-bag and stick-pack machines, with low static and clean tear that prevents seal-jaw gunking and keeps throughput steady. Manufactured by Anhui Eastern Communication in Hefei to consistent thickness (±2–3 µm) and moisture-barrier performance, the roll is available for tea, herbal, and instant-drink packaging as well as sachet applications that need a fast, reliable hot melt.
