Nylon BOPA Film 25 Micron for Vacuum Pouches

AEC GROUP offers 25-micron nylon BOPA film as the tough, puncture-resistant barrier layer for high-integrity vacuum, retort and modified-atmosphere pouches used with meat, seafood, cooked-rice, spicy and sharp-edged foods. The oriented polyamide web gives outstanding mechanical strength, low-temperature seal integrity and excellent resistance to grease, oil and sharp product edges that split out weaker films, while its low oxygen permeation keeps colour, flavour and microbiological safety on schedule through processing, distribution and retail display. BOPA is supplied as a mono-material layer ready to be co-extruded or dry-laminated with PE, PA, PET or CPP partner films so converters can dial the heat-seal, stiffness and barrier they need for each end application. Spec: 25-micron nylon BOPA (polyamide) oriented film, high puncture and tensile strength, low O2 permeability, food-packaging grade. Applications: vacuum and retort pouches, MAP and modified-atmosphere packs, meat and seafood packs, cooked-rice and spicy-snack laminates, co-ex/lamination tie layers. Packing: wound on 3"/6" paper cores, shrink-wrapped and loaded on wooden pallets.
