AEC GROUP produces PVDC (polyvinylidene chloride) coated BOPP film at 22 micron gauge on a 1130 mm width web for high-barrier snack, candy, nut, chip, pet-food and bakery flexible packaging. The PVDC coating is applied as a continuous aqueous or solvent-borne layer onto a 22-micron biaxially oriented polypropylene film base, giving the combined structure a very low oxygen transmission rate, strong moisture barrier, low grease and oil permeation and good aroma retention without the need for aluminium foil or EVOH — a barrier performance that keeps fried snacks and oily foods crisp, bright and flavour-stable through the shelf-life window demanded by FMCG brands. The 1130 mm format suits standard snack-pouch and flow-wrap converting lines, and the 22-micron BOPP/PVDC structure maintains heat-sealability, machine-run stiffness and seal-burst integrity at high indexing speeds. The web accepts flexo and gravure printing, and the PVDC layer is non-toxic and food-contact compliant for snack and confectionery applications where it is specified. Delivered on 3-inch or 6-inch paper cores, wrapped and packed on wooden pallets. FOB USD 2.00 per kg; MOQ 1000 kg; monthly supply 500 tons; delivery 15–25 days by T/T.
