BOPA Nylon Film 20 Micron for Retort Pouches is a high-performance biaxially oriented polyamide (nylon 6) film engineered as a strength and puncture layer in retort, boil-in-bag, and high-barrier stand-up pouch structures for ready meals, sauces, pet food, and medical sterilization packaging. Manufactured by Anhui Eastern Communication Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (AEC GROUP), a combined Manufacturer and Trader based in Hefei, China, this 20-micron BOPA offers outstanding puncture and tear resistance, excellent heat-seal compatibility with PE, CPP, and EVOH tie-layers, and strong dimensional stability under autoclave and retort conditions up to 121 degrees Celsius. Its low moisture permeability and reliable adhesion to common lamination and co-extrusion adhesives help converters produce leak-proof, shelf-stable packs that retain flavor and texture through distribution and storage. The film runs cleanly on vertical and horizontal form-fill-seal machines with consistent tension control and minimal scrap.
