Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, creating an account, accessing, or using the EZBridge website, mobile applications, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Business Users and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate account and company information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity performed through your account. You must have authority to act for any company or organization you represent.

3. Marketplace Role

EZBridge provides technology that helps users discover and communicate with potential business counterparties. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service, EZBridge is not the buyer, seller, manufacturer, freight carrier, customs broker, financial institution, or guarantor in transactions between users.

4. User Transactions

Users are responsible for evaluating counterparties, products, pricing, specifications, payment terms, shipping terms, legal requirements, taxes, customs obligations, licenses, sanctions restrictions, and other transaction risks before entering into a deal.

5. RFQs, Listings, Quotes, and Communications

You must not post false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content. Product listings, RFQs, quotes, messages, and company representations must be reasonably accurate and made in good faith.

6. Verification

Verification features are intended to improve trust but do not guarantee the identity, financial condition, reliability, product quality, legal compliance, or performance of any user or company. Users remain responsible for their own due diligence.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use EZBridge for fraud, impersonation, unlawful trade, sanctions evasion, money laundering, trafficking in prohibited goods, intellectual-property infringement, harassment, unauthorized scraping, interference with the service, or other illegal or abusive activity.

8. Brokers and Intermediaries

Brokers and intermediaries must accurately represent their role and authority. EZBridge does not guarantee commissions, fees, exclusivity arrangements, introductions, or payment obligations between brokers and other users unless separately agreed by the relevant parties.

9. Fees and Paid Services

EZBridge may offer free and paid features. Any applicable pricing, subscription terms, commissions, or other charges will be disclosed before purchase or activation. Additional terms may apply to paid services. Purchases made through a mobile application may also be subject to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play payment and subscription rules.

10. Mobile App Stores

If you access EZBridge through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use must also comply with the applicable store terms and usage rules. Apple and Google are not responsible for EZBridge content, marketplace transactions, support, or maintenance except to the extent required by their platform terms or applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

EZBridge may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users, misuse the platform, or when required by law or platform security needs.

12. Account Deletion

Users may delete their EZBridge account from the Profile area of the service. Account deletion removes the active sign-in account and associated personal data, subject to limited retention or de-identification where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, transaction integrity, dispute resolution, or other lawful recordkeeping obligations.

13. Intellectual Property

EZBridge and its software, branding, interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights to content you submit, while granting EZBridge the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, display, process, and operate that content as part of the service.

14. No Warranty

To the extent permitted by law, EZBridge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful transactions, counterparty performance, product quality, or particular business outcomes.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EZBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from user-to-user transactions, third-party conduct, or reliance on marketplace information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the EZBridge Privacy Policy.
